Hi, I’m Lissa!

It’s lovely to virtually meet you - I teach yoga in South Somerset and live in the beautiful village of Horton, Ilminster, nestled on the edge of the Blackdown Hills with my husband, Mr Pickles our cat and our dog Bliss.

Discovering yoga was really transformational for me and helped me manage anxiety and live a more meaningful life, so it’s something I love to share with others.

I trained at Bristol School of Yoga and my classes focus on helping you feel strong mentally and physically.

My values

Everyone is welcome to join me for a class regardless of fitness, lifestyle, age, ability, or gender.

Yoga is a practice that everyone can benefit from whether it’s getting stronger physically, discovering tools to help you sleep better, feel calmer and less stressed!

I focus on creating a judgment-free space where students can be themselves and feel welcome whatever age, gender, lifestyle, shape, or ability.

Everybody is unique, each body is amazing, we can open our hearts and minds to be accepting of the body we have and help support it along with the mind through yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation.

I offer accessible yoga at every stage of life, for every age of life.
