    I love that the class is small and intimate, it gives it a really calm, private feeling. I love getting a good stretch during each sessions and the breathing exercises are really calming. Lissa is a lovely teacher, warm and friendly.

    Really enjoyed the mix of breath work and movement with relaxation to pregnancy and reasons why its useful. Nice the yoga flowed and not just movements on its own. Positions for labour and to help get baby into position - very useful - need to remember these.

    I have really enjoyed Wednesday night yoga as a form of escapism and relaxation over the last 5 weeks. Ive found the breathing exercises in particular really helpful for reducing anxiety/stress even when not in the sessions. Thank you!

  • After a stressful Christmas, I arranged for Lissa to come to our house for weekly yoga sessions. I wanted to give my parents an introduction to yoga movements but also to the benefits of mindfulness. Lissa has been a breath of fresh air since day one. After every session, both parents remark how they cannot believe how much better they feel. Lissa has always been kind and patient with regards to questions and health concerns. Her sessions are a great mix between physical stimulation and mindfulness. Would highly recommend her.

  • Coming to yoga as a beginner I was a little nervous as I was physically out of shape. I Couldn’t have asked for a more calm and welcoming experience. After the first session I felt the benefit in calmness and breathing. After 3 months I feel so much stronger and relaxed.

  • Lissa is a wonderful, knowledgeable yoga teacher. Her love for yoga, and mindfulness is clear for all to see. She has a natural gift for sharing her understanding of the many moves ,stretches, and relaxations of yoga . She takes care of each member of the class, being aware of any physical problems people may have, and finding alternative moves and solutions. I always enjoy my weekly sessions and leave feeling energized, yet also relaxed. Definitely one of the highlights of my week, essential for improving strength and suppleness in the body and calming the mind. I highly recommend these classes.

  • I very much enjoyed yoga sessions with Lissa via zoom during lockdown and found them to be so therapeutic and relaxing. Lissa is very clear with her instruction and does all the movements with you so you can see what to do if you haven’t done yoga before. I felt relaxed, stretched, my breathing improved too. Lissa is very good at what she does and made me feel welcome and relaxed will definately be signing up for her classes.

  • I decided I wanted to learn yoga and asked Lissa to teach me. Lissa is a great ambassador for yoga as she has a huge passion for it and that belief and enjoyment shine through in her teaching. I have found great improvements to my core strength and find the meditation very good at relieving stress. Lissa is always considerate to my capabilities and always checks after to make sure I am well the next day. Yoga with Lissa is good exercise, 'life' calming and always fun, I can't recommend her enough.
