Step out of the pace of everyday life… and into a quieter rhythm.
This monthly 90-minute evening is designed to help you slow down, soften, and deeply restore your body and mind.
Through a gentle blend of restorative yoga, calming breathwork, subtle sound and guided Yoga Nidra, you’ll be supported into a state of deep rest — where nothing is required of you.
Blankets, bolsters and props fully support the body, allowing tension to release and the nervous system to settle.
Many people leave feeling as though they’ve had several hours of deep sleep.
A Space That Moves With the Seasons
In autumn and winter, the space is softly candlelit, creating a warm, cocooning atmosphere.
In spring and summer, we rest in gentle natural light — bringing a sense of openness and ease.
The atmosphere may shift, but the intention remains the same:
to offer you a space to pause, soften, and restore.
