Autumn calls us to pause, reflect and realign. This retreat is a sacred space to honour the shift of the seasons, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and cultivate harmony between effort and surrender. Join us for a day of seasonal yoga, breath work, meditation, sound healing and self inquiry, designed to help you release what no longer serves you and gather the energy you need for the months ahead. Through movement, stillness and intention-setting, we will ground into the present moment, restore balance, and embrace the beauty of change - just as nature does.
A day of autumnal yoga, meditation, and soulful renewal to reconnect with your inner radiance. Embrace these days of the year as a time for illumination, self-discovery, and transformation. We’ll begin with a welcome drink and delicious snack to enjoy, followed by a slow Autumnal Hatha flow and Lung & Large Intestine Meridian Yin movement practice.
A delicious season lunch will be followed by the option to wander the grounds set in the beautiful countryside. A time for reflection and journaling will allow us to consider and gather our thoughts. Harvest your inner wisdom as you experience the true peace and tranquility of a deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga practice. Listen to the wonderful sounds and feel the soothing vibrations and energy of Himalayan Sound Bowls and Quartz Crystal Bowls, flow through your body.
