If you’ve ever felt that yoga classes move too fast or assume you already know the poses, this course is for you.

Over 6 weeks, we’ll slow things right down - building confidence with simple movements, mindful breathing, and practical tips you can use off the mat too.

What you’ll gain:

When: 13th November to 18th December 2025, every Thursday at 7pm

Where: Speke Hall, Dowlish Wake, Ilminster.

Duration: 60 minute sessions, once a week for 6 weeks

Who it’s for: Absolute beginners and anyone wanting to refresh the basics. No flexibility required!

Weekly Themes

Each class has a simple focus - like Root & Breathe, Find Your Centre, and Yoga for Real Life - so you’ll feel steady progress each week. We will cover Asana (movement) practices and sequences, Pranayama (breathing) practices, relaxation and basic meditation techniques and a brief philosophy and history of yoga.
