Finding Stillness and Comfort in the shortest days
Seasonal practices enable us to nurture, support and unite mind, body, soul and spirit in harmony. Working with the cycles of nature creates a sense of balance and ease.
Step into a sanctuary of warmth and renewal as we gather to honour the Winter season. This nurturing day retreat is designed to help you slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with your inner light.
We’ll begin with a soothing Yin yoga session focusing on the Kidney and Bladder meridians will guide us deeper, inviting stillness and reflection in harmony with the quiet of the season. A slow and gentle Hatha yoga practice, will follow moving slowly and intentionally to align body and breath with the grounding energies of Winter.
Throughout the day, there will be space for journaling and guided meditation prompts, offering moments of personal reflection as we honour the season of Winter Solstice. You’ll be nourished by a delicious vegetarian lunch, prepared with care to warm and comfort.
We’ll close with a deeply restful Restorative yoga practice, accompanied by the soothing sounds of Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, leaving you restored, balanced, and gently renewed.
